Cooking Club – Suspended Due to Covid
Bon Appetite, Let’s Eat is the children’s Cooking Class Mantra!
Lil’ Chefs enjoy hands on cooking as they acquire an appreciation for food preparation. Children will begin to develop a lifelong awareness of good food choices as they whip up nutritious, de’lish recipes.
Encouraging children to taste something new.
Chef Heather explains to students, “In order to be a good chef you need to taste and smell the ingredients that go into your food.”
Our recipe for success:
Our Cooking Club utilizes a creative mix of preschool learning and readiness skills. Each class stresses the importance of safety and sanitation in the kitchen and is sure to dish out a unique, creative outlet for your child. In addition to following a recipe and preparing a special dish each week, our lil’ chefs will have hands on experiences using a variety of culinary tools. Dehydrating fruits and vegetables, baking kale chips, preparing teas from scratch are just a few of the culinary dishes our lil’ chefs will create.
“Hi Chef Jenn- Awesome pizza!! Everybody got a tiny taste and we all loved it. I have to go buy the book. I use a lot of Rachel Ray’s recipes and the kids really do like her stuff. Have a good weekend!”

“LOVED the pizza. Is it wrong that I snuck bites to “check the temperature”?? It smelled so good and I was surprised to see the kids gobbling down black olives and tomatoes!”
